Folk Food : No.4 Egg pancake in the morning

It was very nice to have a plate of Egg pancake in the Sunday morning. I can smelt the flavor of fresh soybean oil when coming to the store from 2 streets far away.

Many lined up and waited lazily. Their eyes dim with sleep as if they watched too much TV at last night. But I knew that it was very dangerous if I look down on their appearances of weakness; however, they will become warrior while the pancake is ready. They acted as camouflage.

One reason can explained the situation; people love it's Egg pancake! This lovely pancake combined 2 eggs, 2 pastries, and some chopped green onions. Frying on the round iron plate with gentle heat made the cake soft and delicious. The chef was going to put another egg after flipped the egg-pancake over, and he immediately covered another pastry on it. Finally, with some salt, the breakfast was done.
